It was time for my new every two and I’ve been texting a lot more lately so I was ready for something with a QWERTY keyboard. I started looking for phones with the keyboard and ended up getting the Blackberry. All my previous phones were standard little phones so I’ve had to spend the last few nights getting the Blackberry setup and getting the software on my PC, getting my contacts sync’ed and what not.
So far I like it. The internet sucks because the screen is too small, the pages load way too slow and it doesn’t handle flash so that is a problem with a lot of websites.
I do like the texting and the email has been handy. One thing I didn’t really anticipate was using it for my calendar which I have been doing all on my computer at work. This thing will sync with that and I think it is handy so I’m going to set that up next.
Another unexpected surprise was the camera. This thing takes really good pics. 1024×768 @72DPI. You can see it auto focus in the view finder and the pics really come out good as you can see in the gallery below the phone image below.

Uh it’s crackberry time. And I’m surprised that you’re not satisfied with the speed of the entire internet in your pocket. I think your attitude is well summed up by this sketch on YouTube
Woops, forgot to put text on the link.

Yea, that’s me I guess. I’m spoiled. I needed that.
Just giving you a hard time Daddy! I’m just more patient than you since I’m with AT&T now. Having internet connection at all and finishing a full call with less than two drops sometimes is a day to be thankful for my phone.
